Part of the senior leadership team guiding the company to achieve rapid and sustained improvements in shareholder value. Scope includes customer relations, product development, design, innovation strategy, intellectual property, supply chain, on-shoring, manufacturing, project management, process improvement, operational excellence and developing world-class products.
